Leaders’ Information

This page serves to signpost our volunteer leaders to the range of resources and support materials available.

Claiming Expenses

We do not expect any of our volunteers to be out of pocket from supporting Scouting! We therefore encourage all our leaders to use the Group’s Expense Cards for any purchases made for Scouting.

Remember to check that the item is within your approval limit and has been budgeted for by your Section before proceeding with the purchase. If unsure, email Treasurer@2ndtoton.org.uk to check!

Please take some time to review the how-to guide and expense card policy here.
